    Golden Dawn is currently polling in second place with the support of 22,5 percent of voters according to a poll released yesterday and 19.5 percent according to a poll conducted two weeks ago.
    In the June 2012 elections, Golden Dawn only got 6.9 percent of the vote. In other words, in less than five months, the party has expanded its support by somewhere in the range of 167.to 319 percent, depending on which poll you look at.
    Ruling party New Democracy, led by Greek prime minister Antonis Samaras, has seen its support collapse to 18 percent from the 29.7 percent of the vote that won it the election in June.
    Support for SYRIZA, the leftist, anti-bailout party that has become the top party in the polls since the election, also fell to 23.5 percent in the latest poll – from the 26.9 percent of the vote it garnered in June.
    Meanwhile, PASOK, the junior party in the leading coalition, has seen a plunge in popular support as well, from 12.3 percent in June to 3.8 percent in the latest poll.
